Many people searching for the Miley picture may also be under 18, but many are probably older than 18. To those that are over 18 please remember Miley Cyrus is a 16 year old little girl. Looking at a picture of a minor performing sexual acts is considered child pornography.

The truth is the photo of Miley giving a "BJ" is fake. The picture has clearly been photoshopped only to start vicious rumors. The website called the Paparazzis has showed how the fake photo of Cyrus was created. Please leave the poor girl alone.

Megan Fox not suing person behind topless pics leak

Hollywood actress Megan Fox has decided not to sue the person who leaked her topless shots to the tabloids. She believes that karma will do the job for her. The ‘Transformers’ star was stunned to see her topless photos from her upcoming film Jennifer''s Body online - and immediately considered taking legal action.

However, she said that a second glance made her realise the shots weren't quite what they seemed.

"I had booby stickers on. They make these silicone stickers that go on over your nipple,”

Contactmusic quoted Fox as telling Entertainment Weekly. "If I'd been actually topless, I would have sued someone... I know who, and I never did anything about it. It''s her karma to deal with, not mine," she added.

Fire David Letterman campaign takes root

David Letterman admitted pangs of regret over jokes he made last week about Sarah Palin's daughter.

He may be regretting them a little more now.

A Web site called FireDavidLetterman.com is organizing a rally outside Letterman's show at the Ed Sullivan theater on Tuesday June 16 at 4:30 p.m.

And while Letterman has repeatedly reminded viewers his comments were jokes, the campaign's organizers seem dead serious about getting the late-night stalwart canned.

Sponsored by New York State Assemblyman Brian Kolb, along with an attorney and radio host John Ziegler, the site also provides contacts - including major advertisers and CBS bigwigs - to whom people can complain about what many felt was a tasteless and potentially harmful quip by the late night talk leader.

"Firing Mr. Letterman would send a clear message that CBS will not tolerate any of its employees even an established media figure like Mr. Letterman making demeaning and degrading comments about women," Kolb, a Republican from the Western New York state district of Canandaigua, wrote in a letter to CBS chief Les Moonves.

The accompanying Facebook group and an ancillary one have about 1,800 members to date.

While the actual chances of Letterman being fired would seem to be slim, the controversy comes just as the late-night landscape is in flux, as Conan O'Brien makes the transition to the earlier time slot vacated by Jay Leno.

The campaign's supporters point to shock jocks Don Imus and Howard Stern as examples of high-profile hosts who crossed the line - and were held accountable by their employers.

Letterman made the offending joke on Tuesday night's show, following a visit to New York by Sarah Palin during which she attended a Yankee game with Rudy Giuliani.

"One awkward moment for Sarah Palin at the Yankee game," Letterman said, "during the seventh inning, her daughter was knocked up by Alex Rodriguez."

Letterman contends that the outcry over the comment was due at least in part to a misunderstanding.

He had intended the joke to be about Palin's oldest daughter, Bristol, 18, who did in fact become pregnant by her then-boyfriend Levi Johnston, when in fact the daughter attending the game was Willow, age 14.

The loudest response from no less than Palin herself, who went on the "Today" show Thursday morning to rant against the comedian.

After telling Matt Lauer she didn't buy Letterman's "convenient excuse," the governor said she would never let her daughter near him - implying he can't be trusted around underage girls.

Letterman apologized on Thursday night's show, saying about the jokes, "Do I regret telling them? I think probably I do. But you know there are thousands of jokes I regret telling on this program."

On a more sober note he added, "I would never made jokes about someone having sex with a 14-year-old girl."

He also read a statement from Governor Palin's Web site, in which she and her husband referred to Letterman's remarks as "disgusting," and accused him of implicitly condoning sexual abuse of minors.

The controversy hit just as "Late Night" moved into the number one spot for late-night talk shows, as

However Letterman may feel about the grassroots campaign to get him axed over the joke, he probably isn't surprised.

Patrick Kennedy temporarily leaving Hill for rehab

(CNN) – Rep. Patrick Kennedy, the Rhode Island Democrat who in 2006 checked into a rehabilitation center for drug addiction following a car accident on Capitol Hill, is again seeking medical treatment.

In a statement issued by his office Friday, the son of Massachusetts Sen. Ted Kennedy said, "I have always said that recovery is a life-long process and that I will do whatever it takes to preserve my health."

"In consultation with my doctors, I have decided to temporarily step away from my normal routine to ensure that I am being as vigilant as possible in my recovery," he said. "I hope that in some small way my decision to be proactive and public in my efforts to remain healthy can help remove the stigma that has served as a barrier for many Americans reluctant to get the help they need."

The Providence Journal reported Friday Kennedy has "entered an undisclosed medical facility for treatment."

After crashing his car into a Capitol Hill barricade in 2006, Kennedy admitted to an addiction to prescription medication and spent a month in a rehabilitation center in Minnesota.

Malawi court allows Madonna to adopt second child

By Mabvuto Banda

BLANTYRE (Reuters) - U.S. pop star Madonna was allowed to adopt a second child from Malawi Friday after the country's Supreme Court overturned a lower court ruling in a case that has been criticized by local rights groups.

Chief Justice Lovemore Munlo said Madonna had shown an interest in helping Malawi orphans and that 4-year-old Mercy James would have a better life with the star.

He said a lower court had erred in turning down the adoption request because Madonna was not resident in Malawi.

"We find the judge in the lower court to have dwelled so much on media reports on the issue of residence and to us this was not evidence enough to deny Madonna a chance to adopt Mercy James. We therefore grant Madonna the adoption order," Munlo said.

"Madonna has shown that she is bold, and compassionate enough to come forward to adopt Chifundo James."

The Supreme court ruling cannot be challenged.

Madonna's lawyer said the singer welcomed the ruling. "I've just talked to Madonna and she's very excited about this news," lawyer Alan Chinula told Reuters.

Malawi's government came under fire after Madonna adopted a 13-month-old child, David Banda, in 2006, with critics accusing it of giving her special treatment by skirting laws that ban non-residents from adopting children.

Rights groups accused the government of giving Madonna, a U.S. citizen, special treatment. The government had supported Madonna's attempt to adopt Mercy, saying she was a worthy mother.

The Eye on Child non-governmental organization that has been protesting the adoption said it was disappointed.

"Of course we are disappointed with the ruling because we know that adoption should only be granted as the last resort," said executive director Maxwell Matewele.

"But we also appreciate that the ruling is looking at guidelines that may help to deter would-be child traffickers."

An AIDS epidemic in the southern African country has orphaned more than one million children and Madonna has set up a charity for Malawian children.

In her ruling in April, High Court judge Esimie Chombo warned against celebrity adoptions, saying they could lead to child trafficking.

Madonna has entertained millions around the world with hits like "Material Girl" and "Papa Don't Preach," creating a fair amount of controversy along the way.

The star, who was divorced last year from British film director Guy Ritchie, is one of the music industry's most successful singers, with album sales of more than 200 million.

Christiano Ronaldo And Paris Hilton

Madrid and Paris all in the same day? If you just got news that you were about to get your dream transfer to Real Madrid, while you were in LA relaxing / partying, would you celebrate this news by hooking up with Paris Hilton? Neither would I, but it doesn’t really matter what WE would do…because that is what Cristiano Ronaldo is doing.

According to x17online, the couple was seen leaving MyHouse (not an actual house, but a club here in LA), where Ronaldo allegedly dropped $20 large on champagne and drinks.

“Cristiano and Paris were all over each other swapping spit the entire night! His table needed every waitress in the building to service the large quantities of alcohol, and he spent an excess of 20 thousand dollars on champagne and drinks.”

Wife Swap’s Jamie Czerniawski accused of stabbing husband

"Wife Swap’s Jamie Czerniawski has been charged with aggravated assault after an incident that landed her husband in the intensive care unit. Or as they call it in Jersey, having a discussion.

Czerniawski, 30, claims she was acting in self defense. Her husband Charles, 34, spent two days in ICU, lost four pints of blood and remains unable to use his right arm. Jamie contends the late night fight over Memorial Day Weekend started over an innocent phone call from a friend, who happened to be a dude. From the New York Post:

A jealous Charles, she said, grabbed her wrist and said, “If I can’t have you, no one can.”

He pinned her against the kitchen island, but Jamie said she broke free and grabbed a knife. When Charles grabbed her and pinned her shoulders to the floor with his knees, she said, she struck him with the blade.

She said she initially didn’t tell cops her side of the story because she “didn’t want him to get in trouble.”

Jamie told the post if she hadn’t fought back, she might have been killed. She contends she came clean after her husband emptied all their bank accounts and cut Jamie and the kids off financially."
